ORDERS & PAYMENT

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that the products have been dispatched.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping: We will arrange for the delivery of the products to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
